Mowing

The Improvements under this Work Document-Driven Contract consist of routine maintenance of specified storm water retention ponds in Walton County and includes the mowing of grassed and vegetated areas, the removal and disposal of litter and other objectionable debris, the cleaning of all vines and other vegetation from the fence fabric, and hand trimming of the base of the fence, as applicable. All gates for fenced retention ponds shall be locked after the Contractor employees have completed their operations or by the end of each days work. Mobilization, Maintenance of Traffic, and Removal of vegetation from fences are incidental to the pay items listed.
