Enhanced Landscape Maintenance and Plant Replacement Installation (DID)

The Vendor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision, except as provided herein, required to (1) maintain existing landscape and (2) install replacement plants. Such landscape maintenance and replacement landscape materials installation work will occur in areas within the Right-Of-Way (ROW) and public properties within the City of Sarasota (City) and located as shown in Maps - DID Enhanced Landscape Maintenance Zones & Plant Bed Street Address Locations. The landscape maintenance portion of this Scope of Work shall include, but not be limited to, litter removal, edging, pruning, mulching, fertilizing, pest and weed control, landscape area debris removal, sweeping mulch back to plant beds and weekly task performance reports.
