Description	To survey a portion of Millennium Park, evaluate the site to determine the optimal placement of a new playground and a new splash pad, and to provide plans and specifications that will allow the City to bid and construct the project. The site design will include the grading, walkways, stormwater mitigation, and any other aspects needed to accommodate the footprint of the playground and splash pad. In addition, the site design will accommodate future park amenities, such as the proposed entry plaza, bandstand, and playground expansion.
