Description

The proposed renovations at the elementary school is to replace all the existing mechanical equipment and improve the indoor air quality of the building. This includes a new central heating plant, central chiller plant and all piping for dehumidification, controls upgrade, and install a new fire protection system. Replacement of lighting fixtures throughout the building to upgrade to LED fixtures. Removal and installation of ceilings throughout the building to support the new mechanical systems along with painting and patching of walls and soffits.
