Description

For multi-purpose excavators. Each excavator must have a fully hydraulic telescoping boom on a revolving upperstructure mounted on a rubber-tired carrier. The machine must be capable of excavating, grading, sloping, and backfilling as well as trenching, ditching, dredging, grading, grappling, shearing tree limbs, and removing pavement when equipped with the proper Original Equipment Manufacturer (“OEM”) attachment specified for the machine. Machines that meet the specifications are the Gradall XL3100 V 4x2 or equal and the Gradall XL4100 V 6x4 or equal.
