Parking Lot Improvements 2021

Project includes the removal and replacement of six inch thick (6") concrete pavement for the main parking lot area south of the high school and grade school areas. This project consists of the removal of 6,846 sq ft of 6" concrete pavement, 3,693 sq ft of 4" concrete sidewalk and 6,720 sq ft of green space for the construction of new student drop off/ pick lanes and bus drop off/ loading zonesThe construction of a new student drop off/ pick up zone consisting of 5,395 sq ft of 6" concrete pavement and 1,724 sq ft of 4" concrete sidewalk. Pedestrian walkways with ADA ramps and striping along with break-away bollards will be included in this project. A new bus drop off/ pick up zone will be constructed as well and shall consist of 5,081 sf ft of 6" concrete pavement and 2,017 sq ft of 4" concrete sidewalk. An additional 6,722 sq ft of 6" concrete pavement will be added in the grassed median out in front of the school to add additional parking stalls for the facility.
