Description | As of October 11th, 2022, project has not been awarded yet. It is expected to be awarded sometime after 3rd week of November. Estimated construction cost is roughly $11,000,000. This project consists of the construction utilities, roadway, and drainage infrastructure for the Reunion Metropolitan District associated with Reunion Village 9 located in an undeveloped area south of 104th Avenue and west of Potomac Street in Commerce City, CO. Utility improvements include potable & non-potable water lines and sanitary sewer. Roadway improvements include curb and gutter, detached sidewalk, asphalt and concrete pavement, pavement markings, and signage. Drainage improvements include storm sewer and structures. The bids shall be in a sealed envelope, plainly marked Reunion Ridge Filing 2 and 3 District Improvements Bid or submitted via email to mtom@jrengineering.com with the subject line Reunion Ridge Filing 2 and 3 District Improvements Bid and should state the name and address of the bidder. The entire Bidding Requirement documents shall be submitted with the bid No bid bond is required for this bid. The bidder(s) to whom a contract is awarded will be required to furnish a certificate of specified insurance coverages and performance and payment bonds in the form provided in the contract documents. The amount of the performance bond and the payment bond shall each be 100% of the accepted contract amount. Owners Rights Reserved. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality or technicality in any Bid, to postpone the award of the Contract for a period not exceeding forty-five (45) days after the Bid opening all according to the best interests of the Owner.
