DCAMM Certification Required. The Project consists of: The removal and replacement of interior unit rear entry doors and frames and asbestos remediation. The existing doors and the joint compound in the walls contain asbestos. The new assembly will be fire-rated with steel frames and wood doors with new hardware. The units will remain occupied; new doors must be installed immediately after old doors are removed
