The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: - 9,200' of 28" (O.D.) HDPE DR 17 force main installation and incidental water main, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer relocation. - 16" hot-tap, line-stop and flow transfer. Work also includes, but is not limited to, bypass pumping, maintenance of traffic, utility removal and abandonment, incidental road replacement, and restoration
