Suffield Public Schools Fencing Project

You are invited to submit a bid for providing materials and installation of various types of fencing at all four Suffield schools, A. Ward Spaulding (945 Mountain Road, West Suffield, CT), McAlister Intermediate School (260 Mountain Road, Suffield, CT), Suffield Middle School (350 Mountain Road, Suffield, CT), and Suffield High School (1060 Sheldon Street, West Suffield, CT). The project may include some moving of existing fencing and reinstallation of the removed fencing. No Bid will be accepted after the time set for the openings of bids and no bidder may withdraw his bid within 120 days of opening thereof. The Town of Suffield reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids when such action is deemed in the best interest of the Town. Non-discrimination in Employment: Bidders on this auction will be required to comply with the Presidents Executive Order No. 112246. A 5% bid bond is required for this project. Any bid may be withdrawn by the bidder prior to the time scheduled for receipt of bids. No bid may be withdrawn within 120 days of the bid opening. Responses will be provided by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, January 17, 2023. The Project consists of installation of various types of fencing at the four schools in Suffield, CT. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing all materials, equipment, and labor for the project unless specifically specified in the description below. Successful bidder will be responsible for leaving work area so that minimal landscaping is required.
