Roosevelt High School - New Gymnasium

AS of December 1, 2022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been established as contracts are being finalized. Last Date to submit Request for Information (RFI): 4/20/2022 The project consists of the demolition and removal of the existing gymnasium and portable classroom, construction of a new gymnasium over a new basement parking structure, and related site improvements at Roosevelt High School. The estimated cost is greater than $10 million Contract Duration: 920 Calendar Days Contractor License: B The work generally consists of the following: a. Gymnasium & Portable 1) Demolition and removal of the existing gymnasium and portable classroom. 2) Construction of a new gymnasium over a new basement parking structure. 3) Related site improvements include grading, paving, walkways, parking, services (power, water, sewer, CATV) and landscaping. 4) Offsite work includes an access driveway along Mott Smith Drive. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
