Description

Greater Dayton Premier Management (GDPM) seeks Bid Proposals to establish Job Order Contract(s) with experienced contractors to provide construction services in conjunction with GDPM's newly established Job Order Contracting (JOC) program. Under its JOC Program, GDPM intends to create a pool of qualified contractors to perform certain construction and development related tasks, including both large and small construction projects. This pool of qualified contractors will assist GDPM in performing many of its development related projects. GDPM is currently implementing its master redevelopment plan and, therefore, anticipates a high volume of both large and small construction contracts for a variety of trades over the next 36 months. Contracts for specific projects arising out of this JOC solicitation are expected to range from $100K - $500K. Questions from Contractors Due Monday, August 15, 2022 by 5pm The Base Term of the Contract is for a period of two (2) years. The Contract has three (3) unilateral Option Terms. The first two option terms are for two (2) years each. The third option term is for one (1) year. GDPM will give notice of the intent to exercise the option to renew the contract 30 days prior to the approaching Option Term. The duration of the Option Term is one year. Greater Dayton Premier Management reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or waive any informality in the bidding. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the opening of the bids. Bid Pricing (Adjustment Factors) shall remain firm for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days subsequent to the opening of the bids.
