| Description | Paint and Plaster Repairs 1.1 In general, the scope of this contract shall be to repair damaged plaster and paint the interior of the Washington County Courthouse on a time and material basis. 1.2 The work to be done under this contract includes but is not limited to; the providing of all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, services, incidentals, and related items necessary to complete the work in accordance with this specification and scope of work. 1.3 Interested vendors to have experience with historical sites. The County reserves the right to reject all bids, if determines that such rejection is in the best interests of the County. |
