1. Remove all existing landscaping (including shrubs/bushes/small trees) 2. Install downspout drain line parts where needed (must be white or painted white) 3. Install paver border along front side of all apartments(using charcoal gray edge brick 6x9). Fill with landscape fabric, landscape rock (2” Iowa Lake-less than 10% mixed) Rock should be no less than 3” thick and flush with porch height.Landscaping should be evenwith the front of porch pads. Add in shrub that will be extremely low/no maintenance over the next several years, examples include: dwarf nandinaFirepower, dwarf alberta spruce and variegated liriope.No shrub roses, annuals, trees, or hydrangeas. 4. Add no more than 4 plants per building for styles 1 through 3. Add no more than 2 plants per building for styles 4 and 5 (styles of buildings at end ofproposal). Location of plants will be discussed after contract awarded. 5. There are 5 different styles of apartments that will be dependent on the perimeter that will also be distinguished bythe porch layoutwitha side door or no side door.
