2022 Southweat 24th Street, Southweat 28th Street, and Southweat Faith Court Reconstruction and Utility Repairs

- Removal of approximately 9,464 square yards of 2" - 4" deep existing surfacings - Approximately 2,304 cubic yards of general excavation - Excavation, fill, and re-compaction 5 feet wide and 3 feet deep below finished surface around 9 existing drywells - Removal and replacement of approximately 7 feet of 21-inch concrete storm pipe, 6.5-foot depth, furnished by the City of Troutdale - Removal and replacement of approximately 10 feet of 8-inch D3034 PVC sewer pipe, 8.5-foot depth - Installation of one drywell and connection to existing drywell with 12-inch ADS pipe - Installation of approximately 3,266 tons of 1"-0 aggregate base - Installation of approximately 2,003 tons of level 2, 1/2 " ACP including 4 speed humps Work shall have a 50-calendar day performance time from the Notice to Proceed and must be completed not later than October 1st, 2022. This is a contract for a public work subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
