| Description | Contractor shall sweep within the confines of street and access road rights of way leading into and out of various flood control facilities on an on-call basis when requested by the CM or PWR. Sweeping in the confines of street and access road rights of way may consist of several passes to cover the entire width of the street from the edge of gutter to the edge of gutter or the edge of pavement to the edge of pavement. The sweeping speed shall not exceed eight miles per hour. This contract has been designed to have a potential maximum contract term of 4 years, consisting of an initial 1-year term and potential additional three 1-year option renewals.
