Location: District 5 Project Type: Highway - Construction Federal Aid No : HIP(CRR)-003S(602)X MASSDOT - Sidewalk and ADA Improvements at Various Locations The work referred to herein is in the Cities and Towns of DISTRICT 5 in Norfolk County, Bristol County, and Plymouth County in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and is shown by the locus map (Document 00331) in the Proposal Pamphlet, the work locations extend as follows: At Various Locations The contract prices shall include the furnishing of all materials (except as otherwise herein specified), the performing of all the labor requisite or proper, the providing of all necessary machinery, tools, apparatus and other means of construction, the doing of all the abovementioned work in the manner set forth, described and shown in the specifications and on the drawings for the work, and in the form of contract, and the completion thereof within 332 CALENDAR DAYS upon receipt of a Notice to Proceed.
