| Description | Construct 4-lanes of road with curb and gutter from grassy lake road to west of Scrub Jay Lane. As of June 27, 2023, this project is included in the Lake County 5 year transportation improvement plan. Information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to fiscal year 2025. Seminole State College of Florida and Valencia College both got permission from the Legislature to "acquire land and facilities and construct, remodel or renovate facilities" at their existing campuses or centers. Further, Valencia got the nod to acquire land and facilities using local funds to develop a new campus or center in southwest Orange County, southeast Orange County and/or northeast Osceola County, subject to the state Board of Education approval. |
