| Description | STREET NAME: FROM and TO: Edward Drive Maripat to end (468 feet) Gould Drive Hout to Hout (1131 feet) Hout Road Brownsville to End (972 feet) Maple Drive Connor to cul-de-sac (1259 feet) Parkford Drive Brownsville to cul-de-sac (684 feet) Peach Alley Montour to end (660 feet) Sangate Drive Strawbridge to cul-de-sac (574 feet) Wallace Road Squires Manor to Brownsville (1575 feet) Watchfield Drive Bristol to 15+75 (1575 feet) Wood Street Segment (1725 feet) BASE BID: Restoration of portions of 10 streets listed above, at various locations. See location plan and bid drawings for specific locations. Scope of work and approximate quantities will include: Project consists of 15,048 s.y. of Milling at various depths; 6217 s.y. of 1.5 -2 PG64-22 12.5 mm Binder; 857 tons of PG64-22 9.5 mm scratch/leveling course; 16,738 s.y. of paving fabric; 5639 l.f. of new bituminous wedge curbs (2' by 6 ); and approximately 23,870 s.y. of 1.5 -2 PG64-22 Wearing Course over street surfaces; also including Sedimentation Controls; Traffic Controls; and appurtenances associated with the paving project. Included is 600 tons of 1 -2 wearing course and 260 tons of PG64-19 mm binder to be applied on Ridge Road, Pine Hill Drive, Suzanne Drive, Fay Street, and sections of the Municipal Complex at locations directed by the Township Public Works Director. Manhole and inlet adjustment rings will be provided by the Township for installation by the contractor.
