| Description | • Remove boards from storefront windows • Remove boards from front doors and transoms • Repair/replace any broken or damaged glass in storefront, transom or doors with in-kind materials. • Repair/replace any broken or damaged frame in storefront, transom or doors with in-kind materials. • Scrape, prime and paint store front and doors. • Install new deadbolt lock systems on front two (2) doors. Remove existing hardware from door, clean, repair and install for use. • Repoint brick on front and side of structure • Replace side door with white steel door to match existing. Install new standard hardware and deadbolt. Repair transom with in-kind materials. • Scrape, prime and paint entry ceiling. Repair in kind if necessary. A new light will not be installed with this job. |
