Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-22-Q-0110. This procurement is 100% Buy-Indian set-aside under NAICS code 237110 with a standard business size of $39.5 million. Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price quote to furnish and install a water service line in Muskogee County. The period of performance for this requirement is 42 days from the Notice to Proceed. Site visit date is below: 567 East Smith Ferry Road, Muskogee, OK 74403: 10:00 AM, August 8, 2022 Questions are due no later than August 15, 2022 COB. The closing date for receipt of quotes is 5:00 PM, August 22, 2022. Offers shall be submitted to the Oklahoma Area Indian Health Service, 701 Market Drive, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73114 or emailed to Landa.McClure@ihs.gov . THE INDIAN HEALTH SERVICE SHALL NOT CONSIDER YOUR QUOTE FOR AWARD IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE A PROPOSAL CONTAINING: A) Firm, Fixed price quote B) Technical specifications (submittals) C) Verifiable relevant, (2) recent past performances that include similar experience in deploying hardware similar in SOW. Evaluation shall proceed as follows: 1. Quotes shall be ranked by price, from low to high 2. Quotes shall then be evaluated for technical specification and past-performances beginning with the lowest priced quote 3.
