RFQ - Special Inspection Services

The City of Lenexa (the "Owner") seeks to retain a qualified Special Inspections Firm for the new Lenexa Justice Center. The purpose of this Request for Qualification and Proposal (RFQ/P) is to obtain relevant information, credentials, qualifications, and experience from interested firm to allow the Owner to select a qualified Special Inspector for these projects. All inquiries must be directed to the RFP contact in writing by August 23, 2022, by 2 p.m. CDT. Inquiries and responses will be recorded and may, in the municipality's discretion, be distributed to all firms. Questions submitted after the above-listed date will not be responded to. Verbal responses to inquiries are not binding for either party. Final electronic bid proposals shall be received no later than the above time. Any proposals received after the closing date and time will be considered disqualified. Please note: Download file release is not automated. Orders for downloads may take up to an hour to be processed. Corporate, certified, or cashiers checks shall be made payable to Drexel Technologies. The method of contractor has not determined at this time.
