RFP - Independent Engineering Consultant

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) on behalf of itself, its subsidiaries and affiliates are soliciting responses from qualified firms to provide independent oversight to its $50+ billion Capital Construction Program. The incumbent is The McKissack Group. MTA will be conducting this procurement through a secure online portal managed by the Government Sourcing Group (GSG). For a firm to access the GSG platform and be eligible to submit an electronic proposal, prior to the specified due date they must register with GSG. A firm that registers is encouraged to submit a proposal but is not obligated to do so. There are no GSG fees applicable for this procurement.
