Fulton Road Extension

As of June 20, 2023, bids received were rejected. No definite date for the rebid. The project scope includes the construction of approximately 1,842 linear feet of roadway connecting Market Street to Professional Avenue including curb and gutter, storm sewer, 506 linear feet of double 6x3 box culvert, the relocation of approximately 1,800 linear feet of 12" waterline, the relocation of approximately 556 linear feet of sanitary sewer line and existing detention modifications. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Bidders are cautioned that personal communication with City of Winchester Commission Members regarding the bid prior to bid opening may result in rejection of the bid. The Contract will be awarded to the Responsive and Responsible Bidder on the basis of the lowest bid price, subject to the approval of the City of Winchester. The City of Winchester reserves the right to reject any/all bids or waive any informality in the bid. Each BIDDER must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No BIDDER may withdraw his Bid within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Questions received less than 10 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
