Harrington Yard Site Improvements

The improvements consist of furnishing all labor and materials to shift all material storage (except chip stone) to the east side of the site, provide more chip stone storage, and provide paved material storage areas to help meet industrial permit requirements. The project will also consolidate multiple electrical services and backup generators in support of the new electric service for the future shop. Follow other incidental construction in accordance with the location, notes and details shown on the plans, and as directed by the Engineer. Extensions of contract time due to weather are specified in the Standard Specifications Section 108.7F, weather days. It is estimated a Notice to Proceed is issued such that work starts on or about January 9, 2023.
