Giant Voice Upgrade Equipment

The Hill Command Post requires two Giant Voice control consoles. One console will be located at the Primary Command Post in building 133 and one will be located at the Alternate Commander Post in building 593. The console must compatible with the existing Whelen transmission stack infrastructure and Blackberry’s AtHoc. System must also be compatible with existing UPS or provided with an alternate means of back-up power for console. System must be capable of: automatic activation based on time of day/day of week; provide options for an all call, zone, or activation of single siren; customizable mapping and call key options; capable of live broadcast, support Whelen prerecorded messages; and system must be Microsoft Windows 10 based. Graphical user interface and diagnostic feedback are highly desired.
