RFP Engineering - Napakiak Multi-Modal Study

As of October 5, 2022, this solicitation has been cancelled. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Contractor shall provide professional services for aviation planning, surface roadway planning, cost estimating, environmental services, economic analysis, and public involvement services. Work includes development of an airport feasibility study, a road reconnaissance study, and Best Interest Finding (BIF). Anticipated activities include Planning, Engineering, Survey, Hydrologic/Hydraulic Recommendations, Document Writing, and GIS Research. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately October 2022 to October 2024. Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $500,000 to $1,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
