The University of Massachusetts Lowell, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from General Contractors for the River Hawk Village Centralized Hot Water System The Project consists of: Installation of a central domestic water heating plant including hot water risers, mains, branches, and recirculation piping; gas piping and appliance venting; demolition of existing electric water heaters and laundry equipment and associated plumbing, mechanical, and electrical in tenant apartments and on roof; light gauge metal framing and gypsum wallboard cutting, patching, painting, and cleaning Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 A,A44A-J &; to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 A,AA,A26 o 27H inclusive General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in General Building Construction.
