| Description | The project will consist of labor, equipment and materials to implement Market Place and Banana Buildings Demolition project at the 32 nd DAA/OC Fair & Event Center (Fair) located at 88 Fair Drive Costa Mesa, CA 92626 o The project scope of work is presented below: 1. REMOVAL OF BUILDING AND ALL EXISTING UTILITIES, FOOTINGS PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, HVAC, FRAMING, & ROOFING. 2. CAP WATER MAIN & GAS TO BUILDING. 3. INSTALL NEW PERIMETER WALL AROUND EX. TRANSFORMER 4. INSTALL NEW ELECTRICAL LINES TO NEW PMVS AND EX. RESTROOM. The above scope of work is provided as an overview. All bidding and work to be based on attached plans and specifications in Appendix B Any questions or requests for clarification (RFC) are to be submitted to PM at sslay@ccauthority.org. RFC or questions are be submitted a minimum of 96 hours prior to the bid submittal time, RFCs submitted after this time may not get addressed. |
