| Description | Selective demolition and general construction for the scope of work identified as Fire Alarm Systems Upgrade at West Warwick Manor. The general scope of work is comprised of replacing the existing conventional fire alarm system with a new addressable fire alarm system. The new addressable fire alarm system shall be operational prior to the removal of the existing conventional fire alarm system. Prepping and painting of all surfaces from removed devices and conduits shall be required to be painted to match existing adjacent color. |
