A: 3rd Avenue/Monroe Street/pine Street and Maple Street Reconstruction, B: 3rd Avenue Water Service Reconfiguration, C: 4th Avenue Sanitary Sewer

The work for which bids are asked includes the following: PROJECT A - 3rd Ave / Monroe St / Pine St and Maple St Reconstruction Utility Construction: Approximately 3,350 lineal feet of PVC water main (6-inch to 10-inch) including valves, hydrants, leads and water services. Approximately 2,400 lineal feet of (8-inch to 10-inch) PVC sanitary sewer including manholes and service laterals. Approximately 3,765 lineal feet of HDPE storm sewer (12-inch to 30-inch) including inlets and manholes. Roadway and Other Associated Work: Approximately 2,920 lineal feet of roadway reconstruction including new SAS fabric, select crushed, underdrain, base course, HMA paving, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, and grading. Tree removal, grubbing, excavation, turf restoration. PROJECT B - 3rd Ave Water Service Reconfiguration Water Service Construction: Approximately 50 lineal feet of copper water service (1-inch) including building penetrations and connections to new meters and interior plumbing. PROJECT C - 4th Ave Sanitary Sewer Utility Construction: Approximately 160 lineal feet of (8-inch) PVC sanitary sewer including manholes and service laterals.
