Historic Hubbard County Courthouse Roof Replacement Project. Project includes, but not limited to replacement of asphalt shingle roof, new sheathing, flashings, metal lined gutter and downspouts, and metal painting and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Location- 301 Court Ave Park Rapids, MN 56470 All questions regarding the project should be directed by email to the Architect.Bidders' Questions: Architect will provide responses to bidders' questions received up to 2:00 p.m. local time on February 16 th , 2023. No questions will be answered after that time. An addendum with these questions will be submitted on February 18th , 2023 to all plan holders.Response to questions will be in the form of Addendums to the bid and must be noted on the bid form. We expect that work will begin on or about April 15, 2023, and shall be fully complete by October 30, 2023. However, the bidder may offer alternate dates for consideration as noted on the Bid Form. Both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond will be required, each in an amount equal to 100 percent of the Contract Sum. Materials and facilities that constitute temporary facilities are property of Contractor. Owner reserves right to take possession of Project identification signs. Demo asphalt shingle roof to roof deck. . Remove asphalt shingles, roofing felt, metal coping, flashing, etc. . Remove existing roof decking boards, coordinate removal with structural engineer. Demo EPDM lining of built-in gutter and metal flashing on roof eave. Demo flashing around vents and chimney. Remove downspouts. Protect surrounding trees and plant materials during work.
