Mendota Heights Truck Station

TG/ED/VO Subcontracting Goals: 6%. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Expansion and remodeling of the MnDOT Mendota Heights Truck Station. 2. Sitework involves earthwork and utilities, excavation, grading, bituminous and concrete paving, landscaping and construction of a retention pond. 3. Partial Demolition of Two-Story Masonry and Steel Building of Existing Bridge Crew, Construction Storage, and Repair Bays demolished and new expanded facilities added to existing building 4. New Building Construction includes but is not limited to Insulated Precast Panels, Structural Precast Plank, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Joists, Roofing, and Mechanical and Electrical Systems 5. In existing building to remain includes but is not limited to, upgrades to systems and finishes include new lighting throughout, sprinkling of entire building, modifications to existing mechanical system along with new roofing, painting, new ceiling and other miscellaneous improvements.
