Description

Construction of a new water service line from the new Maintenance Station well to the old site (includes employee houses and old maintenance station). Main service line to be 3IN HDPE pipe that will cross under Twomile Creek, as well as below Highway 30. Branch lines to houses and old maintenance station to be 2IN HDPE. All pipe to be installed a minimum of 4 feet below finish grade, except at Twomile Creek where minimum depth is 10 feet below bottom of stream bed. Blanket/Contract Begin Date: 04/24/2023 Blanket/Contract End Date: 06/30/2023 ODOT reserves the right to award the Contract solely on the Bid submitted electronically through OregonBuys however, upon ODOT request, the apparent successful Bidder shall promptly submit its complete original signed bid Bidders must be licensed with the State of Oregon CCB (ORS Chapter 701) prior to bidding on Public Improvement Contract Failure to Comply With This Requirement Shall Result in Bid Rejection Bidder shall provide its CCB license number and expiration date in the spaces provided in Section I - Bidder Information State Prevailing Wage Rates (PWRs) apply to this ITB and the resulting Contract.
