Design/Build for Independence Mainline Photovoltaic

he services to be provided consist of, but are not necessarily limited to, design and construction of one Floating Photovoltaic Array in a net metering configuration for the meter serving the Independence Mainline Toll Plaza building on SR 429 as shown in the conceptual drawings included. The Design/Builder shall perform all investigations, coordination and design to produce final approved construction plans for the photovoltaic array, floating structures, electrical distribution system, utility interconnection, necessary permitting and traffic control. The Design/Builder shall also be responsible for furnishing and installing the photovoltaic array, floating structures, inverters, wiring, transformers, grounding and other electrical and structural components needed to ensure a complete and proper connection to meter number 9920468 for a net metering configuration. The Design/Build firm shall make available the necessary personnel, facilities, supplies, materials and resources to perform the required services
