Belton Elementary School HVAC Replacement

Anderson School District Two is seeking a qualified vendor for HVAC replacements for Belton Elementary School Liquidated Damages: Should the Contractor fail to complete the contract within the established time limit, or at the later date as authorized in writing by the District he/she shall pay liquidated damages in the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day minimum and/or in accordance with the District Procurement Code To be eligible for consideration, bids must comply with the laws of the state of South Carolina and the Procurement Code of Anderson School District Two and all conditions as set forth in the specification. The project shall meet the requirements of the Davis-Bacon Act. Bids will be required to remain open for acceptance or rejection by the Owner for thirty (30) days after the bid opening date. Construction to commence on May 22, 2024 and be completed by July 26, 2024. All other instructions concerning submission of a bid will be found in the "Instructions to Bidders", which is a part of the Contract Documents. Anderson School District Two will not be responsible for any bids not received by the scheduled opening date and time
