Remove of the existing parking lot surface underground utilities and other removal sheet items. Install new storm, electrical, gas piping, and conduit for irrigation. Site improvements includes curb & gutter, integral colored concrete, standard concrete, concrete wall, planter curb, masonry seatwall, gas fireplace, paver art logo, screen fence, power, site receptacles, lighting, and site furnishings. Restoration of site includes import topsoil and seed, perennials, and trees.
