TFC DM 22-23 - BP-8 - Multiple Bldgs. Generator & Fire Pump Replacements

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: renovation of several office buildings. Flintco is requesting Bid Proposals for subcontractor work related to the Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical in in multiple buildings. The proposals requested are for Bid Package 8 - Multiple Bldgs. Generator & Fire Pump Replacements All proposals must be prepared in accordance with the Instructions to Proposers included herein and received by Flintco prior to the deadline of 2:00 PM on OCTOBER 20, 2023. For electronic submissions, all bid documents, including supplemental information, should be compiled, and emailed as one (1) PDF file, delivered to: AUSBids@Flintco.com. Any proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. A Pre-Bid / HUB Mixer will be held and the dates for the same will be issued in a forthcoming CM Amendment. Bidding documents (i.e. plans, specifications, supplemental information, etc.) are available from Flintco via BuildingConnected.com. All invited bidders will receive and email or fax with access information. HUB PARTICIPATION: Flintco encourages Texas certified HUB Contractors to submit proposals for this project. In addition to 1st tier opportunities, we also encourage proposers to identify 2nd and 3rd tier opportunities for HUB firms. If you are not a registered HUB Contractor please make every effort to include State of Texas certified HUB Contractors as part of the project and your proposal. The work generally includes: replacing five existing generators, adding a new dedicated generator, and replacing one diesel fire pump at various buildings operated by the Texas Facilities Commission. Other distribution equipment will be replaced as required to reset the operating cycle of the emergency electrical system. Careful phasing to maintain emergency electrical system operations throughout construction is required
