Description

For pest and rodent control services for various Board-owned facilities throughout the Denver metropolitan area. Pest and rodent control services for all Board-owned facilities outlined in the Bill of Material. The Work includes but is not limited to: i. Rodent management through the use of traps, bait boxes, or the like. ii. Insect management through the use of non-pesticide methods, insecticides, sticky traps, or the like. b. The Contractor shall properly and humanely relocate all rodents, pests, or nuisance wildlife so long as it is not on any Board owned property. c. The Contractor shall supply a detailed list of rodent management and insect management methods, devices, or the like to be used on the Board’s property upon Contract award. Contractor must provide explanation to the Contract Administrator which traps, methods, chemicals, or the like will be used in performance of the Work. All rodent management and insect management methods, devices, or the like must be approved by the Contract Administrator prior to use. d. Contractor shall use non-chemical pest preventative measures whenever possible while on the Board’s property.
