| Description | ***THIS IS A REQUEST FOR BIDS UNDER SEALED BIDDING*** The USDA Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Operations Branch, Acquisition Division is preparing to issue a solicitation on behalf of USDA Natural Resouces Conservation Service (NRCS) for work to restore wetlands under Wetland Restoration 657. An earthen berm and water control structure will be installed along with excavations to enhance the topography per the construction plans. In addition, all disturbed areas will be seeded and mulched upon completion of construction. The time to complete the project will be 54 days. has been scheduled for Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at 10:00 am local time, participants will meet at Jasper County NRCS Conference Room, 1403 Clayton Ave, Newton, IL All questions must be submitted in writing by close of business, Monday, September 4, 2023 to amber.maestri@usda.gov. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
