Description

This project consists of roof replacement and repairs at 11 single family homes within the East St. Louis Housing Authority’s (ESLHA) AMP 8 Scattered Sites properties. The work includes, but is not limited to, removal of the existing asphalt shingles, underlayment, and drip edge flashing; installation of new synthetic roof underlayment; installation of ice dam protection and continuous ridge vents; and installation of new 30-year minimum fiberglass-based asphalt shingles. The bid documents indicate existing trees requiring trimming and pruning, as well replacement of an electrical service weather-head at 1411 Gay Avenue.
