Division Street Shelter Improvements

The existing facility includes 28 guest rooms, a manager's suite, laundry, storage and parking. The Project includes but is not limited to: ADA upgrades (including four units, multiple ramps, and parking layout), alterations to the manager's suite, installation of backflow preventer, cutting and patching of existing asphalt, crack seal and slurry seal of entire parking lot, replacement of water heaters, reconfiguration of laundry areas, installation of new door hardware, exterior common area improvements, landscaping, fencing, and exterior lighting
