Description

The Township Council reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part, and to waive such informalities as may be permitted by law. BIDDERS are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, Chapter 127, and P.L. 1977, Chapter 33. Information on Affirmative Action Program requirements is available at the Office of the Township Clerk, Municipal Complex, Chews Landing Road, Laurel Springs, New Jersey. The Township Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof as deemed to be in the best interest of the Township and to waive any immediate information as maybe permitted by law. The successful bidder will be required to execute a written contract with the Township Council within ten (10) days after notice of the acceptance of their proposal. No extras or additional work will be allowed or paid for unless such extras or additional work is ordered in writing by the Township and the price fixed and agreed before such work is performed. The contract shall contain the date which the work shall be completed or shall specify the number of working days to be allowed for its completion and/or delivery of materials, equipment and supplies.
