| Description | The land development preparation South of Port Road at Bayport Container Terminal project consists of: (1) installing storm water best management practices (interim and permanent) over the 157 acres; (2) clearing, grubbing, filling , and grading to a pre -defined elevation across approximately 157 acres ; (3) the excavation, trucking, and placement of fill to specification from nearby detention ponds (all on Port Houston property) and stockpiling of soil excavated but not required as fill ; and (4) installing pre -cast concrete boxes across the existing vegetated berm to the excavated ponds and restoring the berm. |
