This is a Lump Sum contract with only one pay items listed in the contract. Experience in Landscaping Form # (850-070-09) Non-prequalified vendors MUST submit the Experience Form with the work experience information. Prequalification is not required. Pre-qualified vendors must submit the Experience Form only with the Owner or Company Officer signature. Bidders must be a Small Business as defined by FDOT.
