On Call Demolition Services

The scope of this contract shall be to provide demolition and abatement services for removing various commercial and residential structures around the airport. The Airport is seeking to select three (3) contractors for these on call contracts, with the work being divided among the three (3) contractors as necessary. In addition, the Airport has two (2) large demolition projects that will be given to two (2) of the firms selected after contracts are awarded. The first (1st) project is the old FAA Tower Complex. The second (2nd) project is for buildings at 4401 Yorkmont Road and 5508 Tunnel Road. This work will result in contactors receiving contacts at different values to work on these two unique demolition projects in addition to the ordinary demolition work described herein. Questions and requests for clarification must be submitted in writing and directed to Danielle DiSanti through the Q&A Board in the Bid Portal. Questions will be responded to in a written addendum, issued by CLT The City Council or designee may, in its sole and absolute discretion, accept or reject the recommendation of the Evaluation Committee, the Contract and supporting ancillary documents. CLT reserves the right to disqualify any Proposer who contacts a City staff or evaluation committee members concerning this RFP other than in accordance with this RFP. 2/23/2023 Deadline for the Submission of Written Questions at 5:00 PM EST
