| Description | Provide under a firm, fixed price that includes material, labor, freight and sales tax to paint the interior of the building. This project is located at the Papago Park Military Reserve in Phoenix. 1. Painting will include corridors, hallways, offices, classrooms, restrooms, kitchen and wellness center including ceilings, walls, interior doors and interior door frames. 2. Repairs of walls including patching holes, filling cracks, and properly prepping walls for painting is required. 3. Installation of exterior corner guards at every exterior corner in corridor/hallways. Corner guards shall be mounted type with proper hardware and not glue on corner guards. Contractor shall provide example of corner guard prior to proceeding 4. Work areas to be cleaned of trash and tools and other materials daily. 5. All paint will be a commercial grade Swiss Coffee color, eggshell, low VOC paint. 6. Building will be occupied during painting. Contractor shall provide schedule for painting two weeks prior to work beginning so moving of furniture and building staff can be coordinated with paint schedule. | ||
