A general outline of tasks in the Scope of Services proposed to be performed by the Offeror for the Maintenance of SCMs is expected to include the following: 1. General facility inspection 2. Investigation of performance issues 3. Trash, litter, organic debris removal 4. Vegetation weeding and pruning 5. Erosion control and repair 6. Vegetation replacement 7. Irrigation 8. Vegetation mowing 9. Invasives control and elimination 10. Stormwater structure cleaning 11. Mulching and edging 12. Fertilization 13. Plant selection at owner’s request 14. Plant replacement 15. Irrigation winterization, repair, and replacement 16. Sediment removal (small and large scale) 17. Engineered soils permeability testing and soils replacement 18. Paver system repair 19. Paver system cleaning 20. Access drive repair 21. Bioswale repair

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings, Irrigation, Planting Irrigation, Planting, Planting Preparation, Soil Preparation, Landscape Grading.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Utility Drainage Piping, Storm Utility Water Drains, Ponds and Reservoirs, Storm Drainage Structures.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
