As of September 11, 2023 the project was awarded to FTM Construction but the awarded amount is not available New Addition for Cumberland County Archives Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check of bidder's bond executed by the bidder and a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Tennesseel, for the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to execute an AIAA312 Performance Bond in the amount of One Hundred (100%) of the contract price. Bonds must be accompanied by Power ofAttorney. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty days (30) after the date set for the opening of bid
