| Description | 1. Remove and dispose existing 45 kW generator. 2. Remove existing fuel lines, pump and cap-off as required. 3. Remove existing generator pad and install new generator pad that meets building Code clearance from building. Pad must be a minimum of 8 inches thick 3000 PSI concrete and must extend 6 inches beyond the limits of the generator in all directions. Work will include excavation to remove organic material and placement of a minimum of 6 inches of 1 1/2 inch crushed gravel below the pad. 4. Provide generator grounding as required. 5. Rework existing U.G. conduits /conductors from existing Kohler ATS to new generator location. Include additional U.G. conduits /conductors for alarm, control and annunciator circuits. Replace wire and conduit to main service disconnect. 6. Install new generator remote annunciator - location to be confirmed by owner. 7. Install new 51kW generator at new pad location - this will require a crane to set it behind the building. 8. Provide 10 gallons diesel fuel for generator start-up /commissioning /owner training with manufacture Rep. | ||
